You can use the fascia gun to stretch your muscles, and you can use the stretching rope to relax and move your joints. The exercise intensity of figure-8 stretching ropes like this one is not too high, but it does require mobilizing body coordination. For those who work hard at the gym, it is quite good to use it to stretch their muscles.

Fitness Gloves

When your strength increases, these ordinary gloves will become a hindrance, and then you will enter the next stage, power belts and wristbands. After practicing for a period of time, calluses have formed on your hands. At this time, you can switch from gloves to straps. Wrist Bandage
In the gym, I often hear people say that their wrists hurt. Movements such as bench presses can injure your wrists if they are not performed properly. When the strength increases, movements such as bench pressing will increase the pressure on the wrists. Wrist bandages can prevent yourself from being injured due to loss of strength and movement deformation. A pair of fitness wristbands can protect yourself very well.

Quick-drying clothes/sports short-sleeves/sports vests
Professional quick-drying clothes are not made of cotton or linen. Cotton and linen absorb water and are not easy to dry. Most of the quick-drying fabrics on the market are made of polyester or nylon. A good quick-drying garment feels silky smooth and light. It is very comfortable to wear, breathable, and fine workmanship.
For quick-drying clothes that are worn directly next to the body, it is best to wear professional sports brands. Compared with no-name brands, professional sports brands can guarantee the quality and are comfortable to wear. The same goes for sports short-sleeves and sports vests.
Sports Shoes
For upper body training, wear whatever you want.
For lower body training, wear hard-soled, flat-soled shoes. Heavy weight, requires stability to prevent injuries. (Don’t wear running shoes with soft soles and elasticity)
For small weights, wear it casually, and it is best to find someone to protect your squatting legs.
After Fitness
